1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in the Perk Drop reward event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older
One entry per person per valid phone number
Employees of the organizing company and their families are not eligible

3. Event Participation

To enter the reward draw, participants must:

Provide valid and accurate contact information
Complete the verification process as instructed
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

4. Rewards

Rewards are subject to availability and may vary
The organizer reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided
Unclaimed rewards after 30 days of notification will be forfeited

5. Referral Program

Participants may share referral links to increase their chances. The following rules apply:

Referrals must be genuine — fake or duplicate accounts will be disqualified
Each successful referral increases the participant's draw probability
The organizer reserves the right to cap referral bonuses

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use automated bots, scripts, or fake accounts to gain entries
Provide false or misleading information
Interfere with the operation of the event or website
Impersonate another person

Violation may result in immediate disqualification without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The event is provided "as is" without warranties. The organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the applicable reward.

8. Modification and Termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no compensation will be owed to participants.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
